GM Technochem is an enterprise built on a legacy of trust, expertise, and innovation. Over the past two decades, our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has positioned us as one of India’s leading exporters and stockists of polymer additives. Headquartered in New Delhi, our operations span across the country and are powered by a robust backend infrastructure, including multiple zonal offices that ensure timely and efficient service across the country.

Our Mission: A Roadmap to Responsible Growth
In the next one to three years, our focus is on deepening the foundation we’ve built over two decades. We aim to expand our product range portfolio of industry compliant additives and stabilizers, while investing significantly in lab-scale innovation that enables customised, high- performance solutions. Internally, we are strengthening our inclusive hiring practices and expanding technical training programs — ensuring that opportunity is shared across all levels. At the same time, we are implementing energy-efficient technologies and process improvements to reduce waste and lower energy consumption across our manufacturing units by at least 20%.
Between three to seven years, our goal is to scale our impact — both environmentally and technically. We intend to transition almost the entirety of our product range to lead-free, non-toxic, and eco-forward alternatives, without compromising performance. Our R&D function will expand into deeper partnerships with universities, independent labs, and industry collaborators to stay ahead of global regulatory and performance trends. This period will also see the formal launch of our internal sustainability task force, responsible for monitoring and meeting environmental KPIs across all verticals. We are also committed to building gender-balanced leadership across zonal operations, because we believe inclusion drives innovation.
Over a 7-to-10-year horizon, we see GM Technochem emerging as one of India’s most respected green chemical brands in the polymer space. Our manufacturing units will aim for net-zero emissions through the integration of renewable energy sources and circular waste systems. Beyond operations, we plan to launch an open knowledge-sharing platform that enables collaborative innovation with our clients and partners. Most importantly, we envision a workplace where inclusion, skill, and purpose come together — a culture where every voice matters, and every idea contributes to progress.

Founder’s Office
When I first started in 1983, it wasn’t just the beginning of a business — it was the continuation of a lifelong journey in problem-solving. As a Chemical Engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, I had spent years immersed in the science behind materials and manufacturing. But it was only through working on the ground — side by side with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients — that I truly understood what makes a product valuable: consistency, trust, and deep technical insight.
Over the years, our company has grown from a single-location operation to a nationally recognised name in polymer additives and processing solutions, with a strong presence across India and partnerships with some of India’s most respected industrial groups.
What makes me most proud, though, is that this business continues to be built on real-world knowledge — not just theory. It’s a blend of engineering discipline and hands-on experience, now carried forward by the next generation. The next generation of GM Technochem also shares the same commitment to integrity, quality, and innovation that we’ve built our name on.
As we look to the future, our focus is clear: to keep evolving, to stay responsive to the industry’s changing needs, and to lead with both heart and precision.
